Event Details
Get together with others living with or caring for memory changes. This welcoming gathering offers a laid-back, judgment-free space for music, art, movement, and conversation. Whether your loved one is living with dementia or another cognitive disorder, the focus is on connection, comfort, and shared smiles, not diagnoses.
Enjoy light refreshments, creative projects, friendly chat, gentle activity, and the chance to build or sustain relationships. For caregivers, it's a chance to feel understood. For everyone, it's about joy and belonging.
Caregiver participation with their loved one is expected.
